What does a doula do?+

A doula offers physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and after childbirth. We provide comfort measures, guidance, and advocacy so you can feel supported and informed.

Do I need a doula?+

A doula is not medically necessary, but many families find that continuous, nonmedical support helps them feel more prepared and more satisfied with their birth experience.

When should I call in labor?+

Call when regular contractions or other signs of labor begin, or whenever you are unsure. We can talk through what you are experiencing and help you decide on your next step.

What does postpartum care include?+

Postpartum support can include recovery check-ins, newborn-care guidance, feeding support, emotional care, and practical help as your family adjusts.

Do you offer virtual visits?+

Yes. Womb Two Three offers Zoom and Doxy visits, alongside in-person meetings at a location chosen by the client.
